ExpressDocs is a family-owned and operated urgent care center with two locations in Delray Beach, Florida.
We offer a wide range of medical services for illnesses, injuries, immunizations, lab tests, physical examinations, and pre-operative evaluations, all without the need for an appointment.
Key Services
Illnesses & Injuries: We provide care for allergic reactions, colds, flu, fever, earwax removal, fractures, lacerations, and routine illnesses.
Immunizations & Vaccines: We offer flu and tetanus vaccines.
Lab Tests, Screening, X-Rays: We have on-site capabilities for lab testing, including blood sugar, hemoglobin A1C, cholesterol, drug screens, EKG, high blood pressure, pregnancy testing, rapid PCR COVID-19, flu, RSV, and STD testing, as well as X-rays.
Physical Examinations: We conduct physicals for camp, school, sports, Department of Transportation (DOT), wellness, work, and workers’ compensation.
Pre-Operative Evaluations: We provide medical clearances for pre-operative evaluations.
